AMINOTIDE™ (High
Performance Natural Flavour Enhancer) |
AMINOTIDE™ is a natural flavour enhancer for various food
categories. It has been used to bring out the excellent "Umami"
taste in food when used together with MSG, this is called the
synergistic effect of Umami taste. On the other hand, it also
can be used individually or replace MSG to bring out the natural
taste and flavour of No Added MSG Products. At the same time, AMINOTIDE™
prolongs the duration of flavoring effect during storage time and
improves food products quality and commercial value.

experiments using 1% salt (Nacl) solution.
